Running install.app in Eclipse - Read Only Swing Client

When I tried running Install.app after following the instruction on how to install iDempiere, I can't edit the swing client of idempiere setup...

The problem with not being able to write on this page is I have to find a dirtier way to add the DB Admin Password, but I don't want that. Unfortunately, there were no (at that time) answer to my question, so I decided to ask Redhuan in google groups.

So the answer to my problem is this
